Course Content
Basic concepts of real estate valuation, evaluation process, valuation methods, and analysis of real estate market, real estate financing, the time value of money and interest calculations, mortgage loans, valuation and reporting standards.
Objectives of the Course
Explaining the concept of real estate valuation, teaching of legislation on valuation techniques and issues related to real estate, to compare the real estate valuation techniques and the ability to identify appropriate methods to be used in a variety of real estate property valuation is aimed to gain.
