Course Content
After mentioning the basic concepts of law, the system of norms in law, the place and importance of law in social developments, the foundations and history of Western law and the examination of the legal system in the context of our cultural values.
Objectives of the Course
To transfer the social foundations of law to students; to establish connections between our beliefs, morals and values @f0@f1and our legal system, and to enable students to make cultural comparisons between Western law and our legal history.
