Course Content
In this course, the roots of the concept of co-existence in Turkish-Islamic culture will be emphasized. The function of knowledge in the community will be examined in order that the understanding of living together will be harmonious and sustainable. By examining the concept of-madrasa edil, which is the place where the course is held, the Karatay Madrasa, which is the inspiration of our university, will be analyzed with its socio-cultural dimensions.
Objectives of the Course
At the end of this course, the student will be able to learn what Turkish-Islamic civilization brings to the society and how the Turkish-Islamic culture will provide optimal benefits in terms of the social existence of the people and the culture of coexistence will not only exist in the present day but also the past and the future.
