Course Content
Characteristics of the rules of law and differentiation from other social order rules; contemporary legal systems, compilation movement in law and compilation of Turkish Law; sanctions and types, public law, private law, mixed law branches and subdivisions; Turkish positive law and its problems, implementation of various aspects of law; concepts of rights, entitlements and drivers; responsibility and accountability.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to introduce the basic concepts and institutions of law to the students and to enable them to acquire knowledge about the contents of the concepts they meet in various places of education, On the other hand, the aim is to prepare a meaningful sub-structure of the courses of law which they will receive in the following periods.
