Course Content
The field of health law, basic concepts in health law, patient rights, the physician's obligations, the legality of medical intervention, the structure of Turkish health legislation, the legal nature of medical interventions, the concept and validity of consent (consent) in medical procedures, the physician's obligation to keep secrets and records, Evaluation of health law in terms of criminal law
Objectives of the Course
Informing social work students who will work in the field of medical social work about the legal problems they may encounter in the future, in a way and level that can form a basis for them.
