Course Content
Dersin içeriğinde örgüt ve yönetim kavramı ve kuramları, sosyal hizmet örgütlerinin temel özellikleri ve türleri, yönetim ilkeleri ve boyutları, örgütsel çatışma ve örgütsel değişme, çağdaş yönetim anlayışının sosyal hizmete uyarlanması, yönetici olarak sosyal hizmet uzmanı gibi konular yer almaktadır.
Objectives of the Course
This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the functioning of social work organizations and what is required for effective social work management. Students are expected to understand the management issues in the field of social work properly.
