Course Content
The course starts with the importance of work in human life, workers and labor movements and professional contradictions. Afterwards, the main topics of the course are passed. In this direction, the course; It covers topics such as the effects of work life on the biopsychosocial functions of individuals, families and workers, the formation and conceptual analysis of industrial social work, the role of the social worker in industrial settings and the necessary basic skills, industrial social work in the post-industrial age.
Objectives of the Course
In this course, it is aimed that students will have the ability to successfully apply social work methods and techniques in industrial environments and other workplaces.
