Adli sosyal hizmetin tanımı, kapsamı ve temel özelliklerinin öğrencilere tanıtılmasına yönelik bu ders kapsamında, Türk adalet sisteminin kuruluş ve işleyiş özellikleri, Türkiye'de suçlu çocuklar ve yetişkinlerle ilgili adalet sistemlerinin özellikleri; her yaş ve cinsiyetteki suçlularla önleyici ve ıslah edici sosyal hizmet müdahalesi ve uygulamaları gibi konular bulunmaktadır.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to help students gain knowledge about social work interventions and practices for criminals (adults or children) in settings such as juvenile courts, detention centres, prisons, and correctional facilities.
