Course Content
Bu ders, güzel, doğru ve etkili konuşma yöntem ve uygulamalarını kapsar. Retorik, fonetik, anlambilim ana başlıklarından hareketle; ses, solunum, sözcük, anlatım, metin okuma, jest, mimik, bireysel ve kitlesel iletişim, topluluk karşısında etkili konuşma, sunum yapabilme alt başlıklarını içerir.

| 1 | The importance of language and diction in communication. Information about the content and purpose of the course, the method of teaching the course |
| 2 | Explaining the concepts of rhetoric, phonetics and semantics |
| 3 | Correct breathing, diaphragmatic breathing skills will be taught and breathing exercises will be taught. |
| 4 | Voice, the qualities of the voice, the characteristics of a good speech voice, the exercises to mask the voice, voice exercises to strengthen the voice, voice defects and voice health will be emphasized. |
| 5 | The subject of articulation will be explained, articulation defects will be examined and tongue, lip and jaw exercises and rhyme applications will be made. |
| 6 | The correct vocalization of vowels and consonants will be studied, and the phonetic and pronunciation features of Turkish will be examined. |
| 7 | Midterm |
| 8 | The narrowing of the wide vowels (a and e), the constricting effect of the y fusion consonant in speech, the pronunciation of the conjunctions and the vocalization of the words containing the ğ consonant will be examined and evaluation studies will be made on the text. |
| 9 | In order to strengthen the expression, word and sentence emphasis will be transferred, and harmony and harmony emphasis studies will be made. |
| 10 | Intonation will be explained in words and sentences, and the text will be studied by evaluating intonation errors. |
| 11 | Pause, speaking rate, ulama topics will be explained and misused words in Turkish will be examined. |
