Problem odaklı yaklaşım, problem çözme yaklaşımının temel özellikleri, problem çözmenin aşamaları, problem çözmeye dayalı vaka analizleri, bir kavram olarak arabuluculuk, arabuluculuk yönteminin temel aşamaları, arabuluculuk uygulama örnekleri
Objectives of the Course
It is to ensure that the student learns and adopts healthy communication types, has knowledge about approaches to prevent communication conflicts, analyzes the causes of conflict (personal and cultural) in a healthy way and makes an effort to apply the mediation method, which is an effective conflict method.
