Liderlik kavramı ve özellikleri, liderlik türleri, liderlik yaklaşımları, liderlik gücünün kaynakları, motivasyon kavramı ve özellikleri, motivasyon teorileri, motivasyonla ilgili olan değişkenler, liderlik ve motivasyon arasındaki ilişki
Objectives of the Course
It is to define the basic concepts related to leadership and motivation and to try to create a leadership infrastructure for students who are social worker candidates by examining the main theories on both leadership and motivation.
