Course Content
Approaches to teamwork; the formation of the team, the qualifications that the team members should have; difficulties of teamwork; leadership and conflicts in the team; examples of teamwork in social work practices.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach the processes, principles and rules of teamwork to students and to bring them to a level where they can work as a team in the fields they will work in.

1 Basic concepts such as meeting, discussion about the general course of the course, team, group, community, teamwork are discussed.
2 The reasons for teamwork, the establishment of the team and the determination of effective working principles in the teams, when to become a team?
3 Team formation processes and the Tuckman Model
4 The basis of teamwork: trust and conflict resolution in an appropriate way, synergy in teamwork
5 The factors that will lead the team to success and the obstacles to success, the steps of teamwork
6 Required sensitivities and duties of team members in interdisciplinary work
7 Teamwork in Turkish culture, facilitating-difficult traits and personality traits prone to teamwork
