Course Content
Basic concepts of children's rights and law, historical overview of children's rights and law, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the place of the child in law and legal regulations, children's rights to life, development, participation and cultural rights, the rights of children with different characteristics such as abused and neglected, dragged into crime, migrant / refugee and war victims, sick and special needs, special protection and measures, the duties of family, state and other institutions and organizations in terms of protecting children's rights and laws protecting children are included.
Objectives of the Course
The concepts of child rights and law, the place of the child in law, the life, development, participation and cultural rights of children, the rights of the children with different characteristics, the duties of the family, institutions and organizations in order to protect the rights of the children, to provide information about the laws that protect children.
