Course Content
Concepts related to family counseling, the importance of family counseling, historical development of family counseling, family counseling theories, communication in healthy families and family conflicts, reasons requiring family counseling, methods for solving problems in the family, skills required for effective counseling, evaluation methods and tools in family counseling, common parent attitudes and discipline, effects on child development, case discussions in family counseling.
Objectives of the Course
To gain qualifications about the concepts, importance, historical development, theories, communication in healthy family and family conflicts, reasons requiring family counseling, methods for solving family problems, skills for effective counseling, assessment methods and tools in family counseling, common parent attitudes and discipline, effects on child development, case discussions in family counseling.
