Course Content
The phenomenon of children in different cultures and in Turkey, children in the changing world, the understanding and view of children in different societies and in Turkish society, developments in the perception of children and childhood, children's games, language use and play.
Objectives of the Course
The purpose is to have students gain basic knowledge about child plays, family, environment and peer playing an important role in cultural structure of the child as well as perception of child in Turkish society and other societies.
