Course Content
The concept of emotion, the physiology of emotion, positive and negative emotion, the importance of expressing and expressing emotions. Emotional control, anger, anxiety, unhappiness concepts. Rational emotion behavior therapy, understanding irrational thought patterns and ways to cope with them, developing the ability to express emotions with body language, developing the ability to express emotions with I language. Crisis, crisis stages, crisis management. Conflict, problem solving, time management techniques, self-confidence development topics will be covered.
Objectives of the Course
Having information about emotions. Having knowledge about the relationship between emotion, thought and behavior. Now and here to improve the ability to recognize feelings and express emotions. To improve the ability to express feelings in body language. To develop the ability to express feelings in language.
