Course Content
The content of the Diction and Body Language course aims to help students develop an understanding of the communication process, its elements, and types of communication; It focuses on basic diction issues such as clarity and style in expression, manner of speaking, language etiquette, characteristics of a good speaker, prepared and unprepared speech. The course, which includes students' diction practices and practices to improve their speaking and oratory skills on subjects in their fields of expertise, also discusses in detail the effective use of body language in communication. The course, which evaluates the capacity to communicate through gestures and facial expressions, use of space and personal space, tactile behaviors and use of time, is based on the development of students' skills in effective use of diction and body language.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to ensure the effective use of body language capacity, which is of critical importance in the success of communication and achieving its goals, and to benefit from the opportunities of effective diction practices. It is aimed for individuals who can guide and guide the society in line with their areas of expertise through effective diction and body language practices to develop communication skills that will support them in fulfilling their mission.
