Course Content
In this course, students are taught basic concepts about health promotion. In the courses where subjects such as health and disease, health risks, general and personal hygiene, healthy nutrition, physical activity and health promotion, mental health promotion and stress management, smoking, alcohol and substance addiction, environmental health will be discussed, all factors to create a healthy and safe environment will be discussed. is examined. Students are taught useful information to protect and improve their own health and the health of individuals in society.
Objectives of the Course
To provide the individual who learns the basic concepts of health and its protection and promotion with the necessary knowledge and skills to improve family and community health. To educate students who know the concept of individual, family and community health protection and promotion and the influencing factors, behavior-specific health protection and promotion models and solution strategies.
