Course Content
Principles of academic presentations; use of academic language and audiological terminology; structuring scientific presentations (introduction, methods, results, discussion, and conclusion); preparing presentations based on literature review; effective visual design using PowerPoint and similar tools; appropriate use of graphs, tables, and figures; oral presentation techniques; effective use of voice and body language; time management; audience engagement strategies; question-and-answer management; preparation for national and international conference presentations; oral and poster presentation techniques; academic ethics, referencing, and plagiarism.
Objectives of the Course
The objective of this course is to develop students'ability to effectively present academic and scientific information in the field of audiology through oral and visual presentations. The course aims to enhance students'skills in analyzing scientific literature, structuring academic presentations, using appropriate academic language, designing effective visual materials, and communicating confidently with an audience in accordance with scientific and ethical standards.

3 The structure of academic presentations, including introduction, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions, is addressed.
4 Academic language use, terminology selection, and discipline-specific scientific expression skills in audiology are discussed.
5 Effective slide design, use of visual materials, and data presentation techniques are evaluated.
6 The accurate and clear presentation of graphs, tables, figures, and statistical data in academic presentations is addressed.
7 Presentation delivery skills, including body language, voice use, time management, and audience interaction, are examined.
