Course Content
The definition of anxiety, its types, physical and behavioral consequences, the relationship between anxiety and quality of life, physical, mental and behavioral approaches to coping with anxiety, time management constitute the content of this course.
Objectives of the Course
Starting from the place and importance of stress in human life, providing a theoretical basis on the sources of stress in business life and ways of coping with stress, and also giving place to discussions and new researches on exemplary practices in which students will actively participate.
